Do you get any errors in windows?

I know a few epson printers (non all in one) that i have owned have came up with the non serviceable parts error. I think epson like to do this so you bin it and buy another.

SSC Service utility can reset those errors.

Stick it on top of your Tower Keith and keep those low flying aircraft safe:D

On a serious note, it does like the printer has rejected your new cartidges, were they genuine replacements of copies??

Good luck with it!!

your ink collection sponges are full resetting the counters will work but watch out for ink spilling out of the back of your printer open the case and empty your ink sponges then use the reset facility.
