Please read below the following statement to confirm and clarify our position as the web site owner.
On our web site we allow you (the member) to enter your personal  information to advertise either for free or as a paid member or as a one off advert. Within the required information we may ask and collect and most cases hold detailed information. For example, IP address, email address, home/work address, telephone contact number, credit/debit card details. This information is held on our secure data base which is password protected and can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
We will not pass on any personal bank/card details. Contact will only be made from a junksale email address. We will however in the event of a request from governmental authorities pass on your name, address, telephone number, IP and email address this will only be actioned if requested by a court. This is a provision offered as a protection in the event of any criminal activity taking part on our web site. 
Junksale will offer a cookie service for your optimum enjoyment on our web site. 
Junksale offer  links to other web sites. We would advise you to read their Privacy Policy. We will not be held responsible for other web site activities and content.

We accept all major credit and debit cards
When you decide to enter into and join ‘junksale’ as a member or as commercial advertiser or on a one advert basis.  You will be required to enter your credit/debit card details.
You must be 100% sure that your advert is correct as once our card processing team deal with your request and payment has been accepted we will not refund any monies in the event of a mistake. If a mistake has occurred then you must email immediately to contact@junksale.co.uk with a link to your advert so our administration team can either withdraw the advert or reset your advert. Failure of ‘no response’ or ’no sale’ to your advert or the sale of your goods will also not be eligible for a refund. We will reject all card charge back’s .
We will also not refund an advert if we feel that your advert has inappropriate language/images which lead’s to our administration team deleting your advert from ‘junksale’.
Only in extreme circumstances will we refund your advert.  A refund request by email or letter with detailed information outlining your request with information to substantiate your claim. This may take up to fourteen days for a response.

If for any reason the junksale web site becomes unavaiable due to technical errors we will add time onto the web site and your advert and membership. Timing will be increased to compensate for the web site down time. We will not offer a refund and will reject all card charge backs.
